The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L) stands as a premier institution of higher education in business management in India, with both Lucknow and Noida campuses. Admission Process

The CAT exam is the primary means of processing admissions to IIM Lucknow, with subsequent rounds being the Written Aptitude Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). For admission to IIM Lucknow, candidates are initially shortlisted according to their sectional and overall percentiles achieved on the CAT Exam. A final merit list is generated by assessing each candidate on several criteria: CAT score, academic record from 10th grade through graduation, work experience related to business, gender and academic diversity, and performance on WAT reading and individual interviews.

Eligibility Criteria

A bachelor's degree with 50% marks (or 45% for SC/ST/PWD) is required to be eligible for the IIM Lucknow PG Programme. Some of the specialised programmes can require candidates to have a degree related to the area of specialisation or relevant professional qualification. If you are in your last year of study, you may submit an application as long as you fulfil all the necessary requirements before enrolling. Additionally, some Programmes (e.g. PGP-SM, Executive etc.) require relevant work experience to prepare candidates for the level of coursework involved in advanced management education.

1. Campus & Accommodation

The hostels of IIM Lucknow are equipped with modern facilities and are located on the campus. Each hostel has either single or shared accommodations that are furnished with furniture and provide internet access, as well as designated areas for studying. Every hostel has round-the-clock security personnel, as well as common rooms; laundry services; spaces for recreation indoors; and dining hall areas, serving nutritious meals. The environment of the hostels has been designed for student comfort and provides a community atmosphere in which students can combine academic pursuits with health and welfare in an ecological, tranquil, and sustainable manner.
