The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) recruits officers through a competitive selection process that identifies individuals with the necessary skills to perform the responsibilities of Regulatory Authority and Managerial Functions within RBI.The examinations test the analytical capabilities, understanding of economics, and Administrative Competency required to assist RBI in its functions as the central banking authority of India along with achieving Financial Stability.
