Admission Process

The admission process at IBA Bangalore is designed to assess candidates holistically. It begins with CAT scores, followed by a Written Ability Test (WAT) to evaluate analytical and communication skills. Shortlisted candidates undergo Group Discussion (GD) to demonstrate teamwork and leadership qualities, and a Personal Interview (PI) to assess motivation, personality, and career potential.

Eligibility Criteria

Admission requirements to IBA Bangalore are a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% Marks (45% for Reserved Candidates) from an accredited University. Academic history, scores in management examinations, work experience, and other criteria will be evaluated for applicants' suitability to the IBA program. There are no restrictions on stream or discipline when considering applicants. Thus, encouraging diversity among admitted students.

Infrastructure

1. Campus & Accommodation

Students have access to a variety of on-campus living arrangements for both male and female students. Students can choose from single, double and triple occupancy rooms with either private or shared washrooms and all of the rooms are furnished, including a bed, desk and chair, closet or wardrobe and also will have access to an on-campus hostel with dormitory-like offerings such as a Vegetarian Mess (a fully vegetarian kitchen), Laundry Services, General Store and 24/7 Security.

2. Academic Facilities

IBA's Academic Infrastructure is designed with modern teaching styles and presentation aids and includes an auditorium-style Classroom; a 3D Centre; an Executive Training Centre; a Student Activity Centre; and Computer/IT Labs. The entire Campus has a Wi-Fi Internet System to support student academic success. Additionally, the Library houses a large collection of research material, including thousands of titles, national/international/indigenous journals, electronic resources, and audio-visual materials.

3. Sports & Recreation

IBA has great sporting and recreational facilities that provide support for holistic development. IBA also has plenty of outdoor space with multiple cricket, basketball, volleyball and mini-stadiums. Indoor facilities include areas for indoor sports such as table tennis, carrom and many other sports as well. Students also have access to modern gym facilities for those students who are fitness-oriented. Cultural and social events are hosted by IBA in its outdoor amphitheatre.
