Admission Process

In order to be accepted into an undergraduate program, a candidate must pass a national entrance exam followed by a central counselling process that allocates the available degrees. The results of the entrance exam will determine if a candidate is eligible to participate in counselling, then whether they can accept a seat, based on his/her entrance exam score ranking in a manner that takes into account their merit, their preferred programs of study or schools, and the number of available seats.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for entry into their program(s), applicants must have completed their higher secondary education with good marks in the natural sciences as part of their academic history. In order to be eligible to be admitted to undergraduate programs, applicants must also meet all entrance examination requirements, in addition to other subject-specific admission requirements, to be considered for admission.

Infrastructure

1. Campus & Accommodation

This institution has a large and well-designed campus that has a number of hostels for students (separate for males and females). Each hostel provides students with various modern conveniences such as: access to the Internet; food services; recreation areas or public spaces for socializing; and security measures to keep residents safe. In addition, there are also medical facilities, banking services, and community service programs available on the campus.

2. Academic Facilities

Advanced educational facilities such as laboratories, research centres, lecture halls (with audio-visual equipment), and seminar space are available at The Institute. All of the resources available in the library (books, journals, and electronic databases) are made available to students for research purposes and other academic work. The use of computers at The Institute is supported through modern computing facilities and collaborative learning spaces. 3. Sports & Recreation

The facilities for sports and recreation are wonderful, including many courts for badminton, basketball and tennis, and squash. There are also large grounds that serve many purposes for cricket, football , and athletics.
