Admission Process

 The admission process is a merit-based and structured process. The first part of the admission process involves determining initial eligibility by reviewing the CAT percentile scores. The second step involves those found eligible participating in a Personal Interview (PI). The final determination for admissions will be based on multiple rankings which collectively create a "total" rank. These will include the CAT scores + interview score + profile evaluation, creating a Fair and Holistic evaluation of each candidate.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the program, candidates must meet the academic qualification requirements by having the necessary academic credentials, including the graduate-level GPA and formal education. The evaluation process includes a review of each candidate's professional experience, in addition to any diversity-related qualifications and non-academic accomplishments to give candidates a holistic view of their candidacy.

Placements

Placement results at IIM Udaipur have shown positive results for almost all students. Both flagship and specialized programs have produced graduates working in a variety of industries, including a number of graduates from the one-year programs. Infrastructure

1. Campus & Accommodation

There are 11 blocks of student hostel accommodation that include a total of approximately 718 standard rooms, and there are also executive-class accommodations specifically for EMBA students, as well as additional facilities (e.g., common rooms, internet access via WiFi/LAN, a 24/7 supply of electricity, a mess, dining options, and other basic services) to create a comfortable place to live. Faculty/staff can also use the housing, as well as have access to recreational and park areas, to promote an all-inclusive campus environment.

2. Academic Facilities

IIM Udaipur's academic infrastructure is contemporary and supports all modern amenities expected of a university today. The campus contains several classrooms (21) with air conditioning, audio-visual equipment, power outlets for computers and other devices, and video conferencing capabilities. Additionally, the campus houses the Central Learning Centre (library) which operates24x7 and provides access to an extensive collection of text-based books, academic journals, e-resources, as well as a variety of research materials. 

3. Sports & Recreation

While focusing on academics, IIM Udaipur also believes in promoting enhancing health through physical activities and recreation; therefore, it offers both indoor and outdoor playing facilities. IIM Udaipur's indoor sports facilities include badminton courts, basketball courts, cricket grounds, football fields, volleyball courts, and all other forms (recreational/competitive venues). There are two gymnasiums, yoga and dance studios, and recreational spaces/multi-purpose rooms, such as music studios and clubhouses.
