Admission Process

Through transparency and structure, our admissions decisions are based on three main components; performance on the entrance test, the personal interview, and on the overall application. The Admissions Office will assess candidates' communication skills, problem-solving ability, and managerial capabilities to help determine the best-fit candidates for the institution's academic environment and leadership-oriented education curriculum.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates whose bachelor's degree is from a reputable institution and has shown consistent academic achievement are eligible to apply. Candidates currently enrolled in their final year may also be eligible, provided that they meet the academic requirements specified in the eligibility framework. The eligibility framework was created to verify that applicants have acquired the knowledge and amassed the competencies needed to pursue advanced management education.

Placements

The objectives of the Alliance School of Business are to provide an environment for students that prepares them for the workforce through the placement program, which focuses on developing the skills necessary to be successful in their chosen careers. This focus on preparing students to be employable includes an emphasis on practical experience, including internships, live projects, and ongoing corporate engagement (through mentoring, resume writing, and interview preparation). Because students learn the skills that employers want through the program, many recruiters from many different sectors appreciate the school’s emphasis on a hands-on approach, as well as students’ development of leadership and professionalism. The placement program’s goal is to ensure that each student has a meaningful career path based on individual student interests and aspirations, regardless of what functional area or industry they are going into.
