RIIM Pune (Ramachandran International Institute of Management) is a Private B-School in Pune with high industry orientation and wide corporate interface. The RIIM-Arihant Group of Institutes was founded in Pune in 2015 with the primary purpose of providing students with quality education in the areas of business management through MBA and PGDM courses. The Institution is affiliated with the Savitribai Phule Pune University, and is also approved by the Government of Maharashtra. The focus of the Institute is to provide students with practical skills and experiences in addition to the core curriculum of Leadership and Strategic Planning, in order to give them the confidence necessary to seek out and succeed in the competitive business environment after graduation, either as a manager or an entrepreneur.

Admission Process

At RIIM-Arihant, candidates must go through the admission process that includes taking the Institute Level Management Entrance Test (ILMET), participating in a Group Discussion (GD), and interviewing with an Admissions Committee (AC). Candidates may also apply if they have previously taken any of the state or national level entrance examinations such as CAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA or MH-CET. The final selections will be based on a combination of the candidate’s score from the ILMET, the candidate’s performance during the GD/PI sessions and the candidate’s previous academic achievements and work experience. Those candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted via either SMS, email, Courier or Speed Post.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with a minimum of 50% marks (or 45% in the case of SC/ST) in total are required to have completed an undergraduate degree. Those in their final year about to graduate may submit applications, but must provide evidence of successful completion of their studies before program start date. By providing access to an MBA program for those with varying degrees from different institutions, RIIM-Arihant is able to offer management training to students from various fields of study within higher education.

This has attracted many reputable organizations from various industries, including finance, information technology, consumer goods and electronic commerce, to recruit through the institution.
