Admission Process

Evaluation of an applicant's academic achievement and ability will determine eligibility, which is completed through preparation of an application. The university will conduct eligibility screening of all applicants and invite those who have met the university's criteria to take part in the campus-based counselling and/or interaction round of the admission process to ensure that both the applicant and the university have a common understanding of the applicant's goals and the academic standards and learning environment of the university.

Eligibility Criteria

All qualified candidates will have completed required post secondary education at a recognized board or institution, meeting the minimum academic qualification set by the respective program of study. The criteria for eligibility are different depending upon the program of study, placing importance on the relevance of the subject matter to the student’s overall performance and ability. In accordance with merit and suitability, the university will select students who have the ability to handle the academic and professional expectations of the university level.

Placements

With established placement base systems, Pimpri Chinchwad University has a good placement model that builds student employment & career readiness. The university works with students to build the skills necessary for employment or furthering their education by developing skills through training programs, engaging with industry professionals about trends in their fields, and through hands-on experience. Students are also given assistance during resume preparation, interview preparation, and communication skill development. 1. Campus & Accommodation

The university provides a modern planned campus to create a well-equipped technical environment to facilitate both academic and personal development of students. The hostels contain large, well-appointed rooms, study spaces, internet access, and housekeeping. Security provided throughout the residential complex via security cameras, dining facilities and common areas provide students with both safe and comfortable places to reside.

2. Academic Facilities

The educational/computer infrastructure contains Smart Classrooms; Advanced Laboratories; and fully automated, digital libraries. Furthermore, through the use of interactive learning environments, research laboratories (including an Innovation Centre), and other similar facilities, students have the opportunity to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience through collaboration on projects. In addition, there are sufficient seminar halls, auditoriums.

The institution promotes all-around development amongst its community including the physical, emotional/mental and spiritual well-being of each member by offering well-equipped sports and wellness facilities built into the campus.
