Admission Process

The admission process at NLU Jodhpur is conducted through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), a national-level entrance examination for entry into prestigious law universities across India. Candidates must complete online registration, appear for the CLAT examination, and participate in centralized counseling based on their merit rank and institutional preferences. Final admission is granted based on CLAT performance, seat availability, document verification, and fulfillment of all eligibility and university requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

As per the official CLAT guidelines, candidates seeking admission to undergraduate programmes must have successfully completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized education board, securing the minimum percentage prescribed for eligibility. For admission to postgraduate programmes, applicants must hold a valid LL.B. degree from a recognized university. Additionally, age limits and category-based relaxations are applicable in accordance with prevailing government rules and official admission regulations.
