Admission Process

The process for admission at IMT Hyderabad starts with the submission of an online application. The next step after that is scoring a valid management entrance exam. Once candidates have qualified, they move on to the group exercises and personal interviews. Candidates are assessed on their analytical ability, communication skills, and leadership potential throughout this process. All candidates will then be evaluated based on all aspects of performance throughout each step of the process to determine final selection.

Eligibility Criteria

An eligible candidate will typically need both a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with the minimum aggregate requirement and a valid score on the national management entrance exam as specified by the institute where they applied. The institute also takes into account the applicant's academic consistency, the applicant's entrance exam performance and overall profile in making their final determination of the candidate's eligibility to enter a postgraduate management program.

1. Campus & Accommodation

The IMT Hyderabad campus covers around 30 acres, located just a few minutes from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport with modernized academic facilities, beautiful landscaping, an amphitheatre, cafeteria, clinic, ATMs and 24/7 Wi-Fi connection. All of the PGDM programmes are offered as fully residential courses. Four hostel blocks provide single-occupancy, well-furnished accommodation with high-speed internet access, shared lounge areas and all necessary amenities.

2. Academic Facilities

This academic block provides lecture theatres for lectures, class rooms for teaching, seminar halls for discussions and a large auditorium with high-end audio visual equipment. The learning resource centre contains large quantities of printed and digital materials as well as journals and databases. Modern IT infrastructure (internet connectivity), computer labs containing state-of-the-art computers and technology resources will support teaching, research and interactive learning.
