Admission Process

Admissions at IIRM Hyderabad are structured and based on merit. Interested applicants register and apply through the official IIRM Hyderabad website and submit all the necessary forms and documentation for their application. They also provide valid test scores for the following National Management Entrance Tests - CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT or IIRM-CET. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a personal interview and the final decision regarding acceptance will be based on total performance evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria

A Candidate shall hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any field of study with the minimum overall marks (as per institute’s requirements) and have the ability to write the national management entrance exam that is accepted by the respective colleges. Also, Students in their final year awaiting their results are eligible to apply as well. Students wishing to pursue specialized programs (such as Actuarial Science) should ensure that they meet the requirements in terms of both the educational background (to include assessment qualifications) and the relevant qualifications for taking the specified assessments.

Infrastructure

1. Campus & Accommodation

The IIRM Hyderabad campus is located in the Gachibowli area, where there are 6 blocks dedicated to the roles of Administration, Academics and Lodging (Hostel and Guest House). Male and Female students have assigned lodgings that are located in buildings that are well furnished and include a common lounge, wireless internet access, clothes washing facilities and dining room (Mess) services. The Institute has a canteen located on campus that provides meal service to all students. In addition, the Institute provides a medical insurance program with a partnership arrangement with local hospitals to provide services when needed.

2. Academic Facilities

The institute has modern classroom facilities that are audio-visual, a central library containing a large number of books; national and international journals; case studies; and a large number of digital resources, it also has computer laboratories that are equipped with LAN and office productivity software. Classroom seminar halls and air-conditioned auditoriums are available to support academic events such as lectures, workshop and conferences while providing a professional learning environment.

3. Sports & Recreation

At IIRM, the whole student experience is important for success. To support this, we have several types of sporting and leisure areas available on campus. There are several places where you can play badminton, basketball, table tennis, play carrom and chess. In addition to these types of facilities, there is also an outside gym that all of our students can utilize. For hostellers, we provide the sports zones schedule so that you can gain access to these areas for fitness purposes or for involvement in extracurricular activities that are an essential part of campus culture.
