Admission Process

Undergraduate admission is predicated upon taking one (or more) of the corresponding national-level entrance exams. After that, students can participate in a national centralized counselling process to gain access into each university. In contrast, admission in graduate programs is primarily based on passing the relevant entrance exam(s) and the institution's selection process, which may involve an interview process. Admission at institutions of higher learning will be based on publicly available merit-based criteria to select candidates based on academic achievement, capability to succeed and other relevant factors.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have completed either secondary education or its equivalent, and would have achieved a solid technical foundation in mathematics, science and English. To be considered for admission, students must have achieved a predetermined level of achievement in one or more recognized national-level entrance examinations, as well as have achieved a minimum level of academic success in graduating from secondary school. For graduate admissions, the applicant would need to have successfully graduated from an undergraduate degree program that is relevant to the desired field of study.
