Admission Process

IIM Shillong has a detailed procedure that takes into account merit as it is used for admissions by IIM Shillong. Candidates are primarily shortlisted from their performance on the national-level management entrance exams. The shortlisted candidates then participate in additional tests, personal interviews, and a thorough profile of their academic ability, leadership potential, and overall suitability for management training.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must have obtained their bachelor's degree from an approved college or university. There is an exception for final-year students during application submission. However, all degree requirements must be met. Applicants need to hold a valid score that meets their respective institutes' entrance exam requirements for management programs and qualify according to each institute's own academic standards and guidelines for student selection.
