The GL Bajaj Institute Of Management & Research (GLBIMR) is an autonomous management school that has become one of the leading institutes in the education hub of the Delhi-NCR area of India. The GL Bajaj Institution is developed with the objective of providing students with all of the skills necessary to succeed in their careers by preparing students to be "industry-ready." All of the postgraduate management programs offered by the GL Bajaj Institution of Management & Research are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The school's pedagogical model is called "FAIR" -- Foundation, Application, Integration and Reinforcement, which gives students both a solid theoretical foundation and also the ability to apply and test these theories against an actual business situation. Admission Process

There are multiple stages of selection based on merit. The first stage will be registering online and submitting your national level exam scores for this position. Then those who pass the first round will be invited to complete a complete evaluation that involves both Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The final merit list is based on entrance exam scores, performance in GD and PI, consistency of academics, and applicable work experience.

Eligibility Criteria

For an appointment, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a field from any recognized institution (50% aggregate marks minimum) and a valid score from either CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA National Entrance Exams. Consideration will be given to those who are currently in final year as long as they will have met all requirements by the date required for this position to be viable.

The Institute has a clean, green, and secure area that provides separate residences for males and females. The hostels provide large, airy rooms with balconies that have been assigned to two people per room. The basic facilities are: 24 hours a day of electricity, Wi-Fi, clean drinking water, and a mess that serves a variety of healthy and nutritious foods to ensure an enjoyable experience in the residence.

An academic block with "Smart Classrooms" (air - conditioned, fully equipped with state - of - the - art audiovisual equipment) and an advanced computer centre, with an internet connection of 1024 Mbps. The library is considered a major resource for the University; more than 19,000 books and a connection to DELNET and digital databases. There are also specialized language labs to assist students in developing their communication skills and leadership abilities.
