Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU) is a premier National Law University established in 2012 through an Act of the Haryana Legislative Assembly to honor Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, widely regarded as the Father of the Indian Constitution. It is currently the only National Law University in Haryana, situated at Rajiv Gandhi Education City, Rai, Sonipat, a prominent academic hub comprising over a dozen higher education institutions.DBRANLU offers a range of integrated undergraduate programs (B.A. LL.B. Hons.), postgraduate programs (LL.M.), and PhD programs in law. Admissions are conducted primarily through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), as well as through university-specific procedures. The university’s mission is to develop skilled legal professionals and advocates equipped to address the challenges of contemporary legal practice.Beyond an innovative academic curriculum, DBRANLU emphasizes experiential learning and holistic development, encouraging students to cultivate personal skills, professional competence, and ethical awareness.
