Overview

Management Studies at IIT Roorkee blends Management education, Technology Development and Research excellence. The Department prepares its students to develop the requisite analytical, leadership and strategic capabilities needed for effective management of organisations in a rapidly changing business environment. To achieve this, it utilises a practical-based approach to its core areas of Management Study, supported by case study methodology and research-based learning. Students will learn to develop an ability to think critically, generate innovative ideas and transfer their knowledge of Management into practice through the application of the principles learned in the classroom to real-life situations.
