IIT Delhi's Management Programme has developed a great deal of respect among its student body and staff alike, along with a strong research-focused management program that has built up a significant level of recognition among academic circles. The Management School is located on the IIT Delhi campus and supports Interdisciplinary Collaboration within Management and the application of Concepts relating Technology, Analytics and Innovation through the creation of strong synergies. Therefore, students pursing any of the degree programmes at the Management School will acquire the strategic thinking, leadership skills and problem-solving abilities necessary to address real-world business challenges through the combination of Interdisciplinary Exposure and Case-Based Learning; as well as, by Practicing the Application of Management Theories. In addition, all students at the Management School gain access to highly qualified and experienced Faculty Members and have the opportunity for interaction with industry leaders. Admission Process

The 2026 Batch's admission procedure includes multiple stages of evaluation. Firstly, candidates are selected for interviews on the basis of their Composite Score (marking) based upon their CAT score, previous academic performance, job experience, and ethnic diversity. For those selected to be interviewed, both Reflective Writing and a Personal Interview (PI) will occur before the final merit list is completed by using all of the above mentioned evaluations in combination with other important career accomplishments.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be holding a bachelor’s degree from any subject with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/St/PWD) in order to be eligible to apply. All candidates from India need to have a valid CAT 2025 score and all NRI/Foreign Nationals must have a GMAT score. IIT Graduates with CGPA of 8.0 or higher are excluded from needing a CAT; this allows them easier access to the advanced study of management.

Placements

IIT Delhi's DMS is consistently ranked highly in terms of the quality of graduates it produces that are prepared for the demands of business. This is evidenced by their track record of achieving 100% placement for every student each year. With a mixture of international and Indian-based companies represented at the recruitment event, students can choose from an array of job roles, including production manager and strategy consultant, during this process. A robust "Corporate Relations" initiative within the placement process allows students to land important high-impact jobs. The program is also linked to other technical programs offered by IIT, resulting in all graduates being highly analytical and therefore considered very desirable by recruiters worldwide.

Infrastructure

1. Campus & Accommodation

IIT Delhi offers students a complete residential experience consisting of thirteen (13) hostels that are named after mountain ranges found throughout India (eleven (11) hostels for male and two (2) hostels for female students). Each MBA student will have access to their own outfitted bedroom and have access to high-speed Internet (10 Mbps) through both Wireless and wired (LAN) systems. 

2. Academic Facilities

Students of DMS have access to five air-conditioned & Wi-Fi enabled lecture theatres & an auditorium with 150+ seats. Students can also access the Central Library, which is a five-storey building with 300,000+ books, plus a Departmental Library. Advanced learning has been improved by creating specialized labs in Behavioral Science, Strategy, Simulation, & high-performance computing clusters that are connected through a fiber-optic backbone.

3. Sports & Recreation

On campus, the Student Activity Centre (SAC) contains the main events including six lane swimming pool, professional gymnasium, and lighted facilities for tennis, basketball, and volleyball. Outdoor sporting facilities on-campus include Manohar C. Watsa Stadium, and for indoor sports there are squash courts, billiards, and an indoor high ceiling badminton hall which provides all year round access to play.
