BITSoM, or BITS School of Management located in Mumbai, India, is a modern business school with a focus on internationally focused programs of study and a strong commitment to providing students with hands-on learning experiences. BITS School of Management, which is part of BITS Pilani, aims to develop the next generation of business leaders by providing an innovative MBA Program focused on developing analytical capabilities, solving real life business problems, innovating, and leading ethically. Students will gain entrepreneurial thought processes, an appreciation for an increasingly global business landscape, and hands on experience, which will allow them to excel in numerous industries and rapidly changing environments.

Admission Process

The admissions process is merit-based and therefore will include a complete assessment of all factors At BITSoM. Online application will be through the official BITSoM website or portal, along with an active score of CAT/GMAT/GMAT Focus/GRE (if applicable), and submission of essay responses. Following the short-listing process, applicants who qualify will be subsequently invited for a personal interview. The final selection of candidates is based on a number of parameters including test scores, essays, academic background and performance in a personal interview.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate’s academic qualifications must include a bachelor's degree (or an equivalent qualification) from an accredited institution in any area of study. A candidate’s entrance exam score must be from either the CAT, GMAT, GMAT Focus or GRE exam. The candidate is encouraged to have relevant work experience but it is not required. The admissions committee will also assess each candidate's ability to communicate clearly and effectively and to demonstrate effective leadership qualities when making its decision about each applicant's admission into the MBA Program.
