Admissions

Step 1: POST GRADUATION ADMISSION

STEP 1: Application Process Fill the Online Application Form. The application fee is INR 1500 / USD 21 / GBP 15 / EUR 18. STEP 2: Attach required documents Academic Mark Sheets (10th,12th, Graduation, if available) CAT/GMAT/C-MAT/CET Scorecard (Any document not available at the time of application, can be emailed later at admissions@universalai.in) STEP 3: Board Room Interview (BRI) A topic is given to a candidate to speak for a few minutes in a boardroom style setup with between 10-30 candidates. Strong communications is the key to crack this step. STEP 4: Personal Interview (PI) A candidate is tested for attitude, motivation, communication & academic curiosity. The candidate’s past record, academic as well as co-curricular & extra-curricular, forms the main basis of the PI discussion. All PI’s will happen online via Zoom. STEP 5: Selected Candidates will get a Provisional Offer Letter (Unconditional or Conditional) STEP 6: Confirm your Admission, if conditions met

Placements

Step 1: PLACEMENT PROCESS

✅ 1. Registration for Campus Placements Eligible students must register with the Career Services Department (CSD). Submit an updated CV in the required format. Indicate preferred sectors and roles. ✅ 2. Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) Companies visiting campus conduct PPTs to explain: Job roles and responsibilities Growth opportunities Salary structure Company culture Students can ask questions and clarify doubts. ✅ 3. Application Submission Students apply to companies of interest via the campus portal or through the placement cell. Applications may include: Resume Statement of Purpose (SOP) Cover letter (if required) ✅ 4. Shortlisting of Candidates Based on academic performance, resume, and profiles. Shortlists are announced by CSD or emailed directly. ✅ 5. Selection Rounds The selection process varies by company but typically includes: a. Aptitude Test Assesses: Quantitative aptitude Logical reasoning Verbal ability Sometimes includes psychometric or domain-specific tests. b. Group Discussion (GD) Topic-based or case-based discussions. Evaluates communication, teamwork, and leadership. c. Personal Interview (PI) Can be one or more rounds: HR Interview – Checks personality, goals, and cultural fit. Technical Interview – For roles in analytics, finance, marketing, etc. Managerial Interview – Tests stress handling, decision-making. ✅ 6. Offer Rollout Selected students receive: Verbal confirmation Followed by an official offer letter Some companies offer internships with pre-placement offers (PPOs). ✅ 7. Acceptance & Joining Students formally accept offers. Join the organization after graduation or per joining instructions.
