Overview

Lexicon MILE focuses on providing students with an educational background in several areas including leadership, entrepreneurship, strategic management, and personal/professional development. To prepare students for various management types, especially in the employer sector, the institute provides one-on-one guidance from the inception of a student's experience until graduation. This includes developing a curriculum that includes not only significant academic preparation but also comprehensive hands-on training and experience through the use of: part-time jobs, co-ops, career-oriented projects and other real-world applications. In addition to developing their technical proficiency, Lexicon MILE also helps students develop their ethical values and to make responsible decisions; graduates are thus expected to be both competent and ethical. Lexicon MILE’s graduates develop critical thinking skills, flexibility to learn new ideas or skills, and problem-solving abilities. The combination of these competencies will prepare graduates to be successful in the rapidly changing global business world and to effectively contribute toward the success of their employing organizations.

Admission Process

Lexicon MILE's admission process is carried out with a holistic method. Candidates are evaluated based on academic performance, exam scores, purpose statement, and interviewing process. The main goal of this process is to determine whether or not to accept applicants who exhibit motivation, analytical reasoning abilities, well-defined goals, and a strong likelihood for benefiting from Lexicon MILE's industry driven management Programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicant must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with at least the required minimum score and also submit the score from a management entrance examination that is accepted by our institution. Applicants are required to demonstrate a high level of communication skills, readiness for management education, and the maturity to be successful in a challenging and experiential learning environment.
