Empowering
TAPMI provides students with the opportunity to engage in experiential learning while completing their academic studies through the Leadership Assessment and Development Centre (LADC). Students develop into professionals who are ready for the workplace by emphasising evidence-based management and ethical leadership. The institution has a unique use of its site within India’s high-tech industry to foster an entrepreneurial motivation and global view of business for students on its Bangalore campus.
Admission Process
Candidates are being selected through multiple stages. Initially, candidates are rather heavily screened through the use of valid CAT 2025; XAT 2026; GMAT; or NMAT score. Candidates that are actually selected and moved onto the final selection process are required to attend and participate in the Group Discussion (GD), Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interviews (PI) that form these last phases of the selection process.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a 4 year bachelor degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised institution to be eligible. Candidates who will graduate at the end of the academic year (final year of study) are eligible to apply provisionally, as long as the candidate continues to maintain the minimum aggregate percentage required throughout the final year. Work experience for Core MBA is not required; however, strong candidates with work experience may receive profile-based admission offer letters as a result of their work background.
