The National Institute of Management Chennai has a mission to develop future leaders to be successful in their professional career through the development of their business fundamentals, ethical leadership and responsibilities; therefore, they strive to educate young business professionals with analytical and decision-making skills in order to enhance their ability to successfully enter the global workforce. The NDIM application process has been constructed with the purpose of the student in mind using both a structured approach and a self-directed style of application.
Admission Process
we take pride in our open and merit-based approach to selecting qualified candidates. We evaluate prospective applicants through their scores on an entrance exam and their previous education and work history. We also conduct a series of assessments (i.e., a group discussion and personal interview) to help determine whether or not we feel that each candidate will succeed in obtaining a degree in management.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for one of the above mentioned positions and/or programs, candidates must meet the following criteria: All applicants must hold an accredited bachelors degree prior to submitting their application and those students that will graduate from their current participating college/university in the same calendar year are able to submit their application if they will have completed all degree requirements and submitted all necessary paperwork for final acceptance.

The New Delhi Institute of Management has developed an extensive career readiness framework to assist students in achieving successful careers. The Institute collaborates with companies in the Consulting, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Technology sectors to provide students with quality career preparation. Students receive ongoing training and support for skill development, internships, hands-on projects, resume writing, and interviewing. Students will take part in a structured placement process that includes a careful evaluation of student capabilities against job requirements of potential employers. Infrastructure
The New Delhi Institute of Management has built a cutting-edge, centrally cooled campus with wireless internet access and state-of-the-art classrooms that utilize information and communication technology, as well as an auditorium, food services and recreational areas. The campus does not offer on-site housing for students but provides nearby, safe and fully furnished hostel facilities for both men and women, including necessary services for students, such as internet access and transportation.
The institute provides a top-of-the-line educational facility that includes heated and cooled classrooms outfitted with electronics, a library that is completely computerized and has a broad range of books and documents to assist students in their studies, and a computer centre containing the latest technology and equipment used for scientific experimentation. Additionally, The Institute provides seminar rooms and computer programs as methods to promote hands-on learning and encourage academic achievement.
NDIM focuses on providing opportunities for holistic development through sports and recreation.
