Set on a 33-acre campus in Gandhinagar, this management institute has been running since 2017 as part of Karnavati University. It is a private institution approved by the UGC and accredited by NAAC, and currently has around 180 students taught by a faculty of more than 50.
Admission is open through several national entrance exams, including CAT, CMAT, XAT and MAT, giving applicants more than one route in depending on which test they have taken.

The objective of Karnavati University is to promote the overall development of its students with a comprehensive approach to vocational learning, which encompasses all areas of Design, Law, Management, Engineering, Liberal Studies and Dentistry. The university believes in the creative, innovative, and practical aspects of the student through its state-of-the-art studios, laboratories, workshop and industry experience-based internship programs, and collaboration with both international and domestic universities.
Admission Process
The admissions process is systematic but caters to the needs of prospective students. Candidates will be required to complete an online application with basic personal information and required documents. Following that, Candidates will undergo entrance testing for their chosen university, (KUAT or UID-DAT) if they apply to a design program. Certain programs accept national exit examinations. Once the results have been obtained, candidates will have an interview, complete design tasks or submit a portfolio for review before being considered for a place.
Eligibility Criteria
The program determines the type of qualifications needed for entry. For many Undergraduate Degree Programs, the minimum requirement is a qualified Level (10+2) from an accredited school. Technical degree programs require students to have studied science subjects. Law Degree Programs accept applicants from any academic background, provided they have passed the required entrance exam(s), and Design Degree Programs require applicants to pass an aptitude test and provide evidence of a high degree of creativity.

Karnavati University has an established centralised placement cell that offers structured placement support to its students, including career training, soft skills development, resume building, internships, and industry interaction to improve employability. All of the university's engineering, law, design, and management programmes have consistent campus placement opportunities, while a number of the university's institutions have partnerships with employers in the IT, consulting, design, retail, finance, and healthcare industries so that their students have access to a range of job positions that fall under the technical, creative and managerial categories.
