The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) New Delhi admissions process recruits individuals who are competent in terms of their educational background, analytical skills and global business acumen, through a process that will inspire these applicants to broaden their horizons through International Trade Education and provide them with the confidence, diversity and critical thinking necessary for the future growth of managers who can contribute positively to international trade.
Admission Process
During the admission process, students must register online and submit all required documents. If a student has taken a national entrance exam (such as CAT) and their score meets minimum thresholds, they will be included in a primary shortlist based on those results. Candidates who are on this shortlist are then invited to participate in the remaining evaluation processes (e.g., Group Discussions, Personal Interviews, etc.) before being selected or not selected for admission and receiving an offer letter accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, you must hold at least a 3-year recognised bachelor’s degree. A minimum aggregate percentage as outlined by the University must be met to qualify. Additional relaxations for classes were provided for candidates from certain categories. Students who will be completing their bachelor’s degree in the final year of study may also apply if they provide proof that they completed their degree before the end of January 2021; there is no age limit to ensure diversity of applicants.

IIFT New Delhi's placement program has become known for providing students with opportunities through a variety of sectors including consulting, finance, international business, analytics and technology by partnering with many different recruiters. Infrastructure
The IIFT New Delhi campus is situated in Qutub Institutional Area of New Delhi surrounded by greenery and historical buildings. The campus is completely set up for Wi-Fi use (fully) and has an air-conditioned lecture hall, conference rooms, and large auditorium. The residential facilities for the students are completely residential and provide separate hostels for male and female students & also offer all basic amenities on-site.
This school has state-of-the-art education facilities such as air-conditioned classrooms with multimedia resources, multiple computer labs with Internet access, and a full library that contains a vast amount of print and non-print materials covering books, magazines, and international trade. The library has also made available to students access to international data sources and a 24-hour reading room for study purposes.
IIFT supports its students' physical well-being through both indoor and outdoor sporting facilities. The campus has an area dedicated for football, a ground for the volleyball, an indoor soccer area and also areas for other indoor sports. Additionally, recreational areas, student organizations and formal, campus-sanctioned events augment every student's academic experience and help all students stay healthy and promote team spirit.
